This week Sister Gibson found out after getting a chest x-ray that she has pneumonia and so our life this week mostly consisted of us being in the house and taking trips to the hospital. But we were able to make it to stake conference this weekend and we had an FHE with a cute family.
We also experienced I think 2 or 3 typhoons this week, so that meant it was lots of heavy rain, like almost all day and strong winds. But don't worry we survived. :)
At the Saturday session of stake conference a member came up to me and told me that she talked with a lady from her neighborhood and found out that we taught her last week. She continued to tell me what this lady told her about her 3 year old son that has been sick for a long time and how in our lesson that we had prayed for her son to get better and that soon after that her son was healed and wasn't sick anymore. So cool the blessings we can receive from prayer!
Also at stake conference they were talking about how they just need to get 2 more wards and split our stake to make it 3 stakes here in Tuguegarao. And how if we have 3 stakes up here that it will qualify the Cauayan Mission to receive a temple hopefully by next general conference! The members are seriously the best here and I really hope they get a temple soon here in Tuguegarao!
Love you all and have the most amazing week! I know my Savior lives!
